This silver plate yacht race trophy dates from 1954 and was awarded to a yacht named YIPES.
“Yipes” came in 2nd place in the Prudence Island race . The trophy measures about 12” round and has silver electroplated onto copper. It is in good vintage condition . This trophy is a nice piece of Rhode Island history.
