Pool age is probably 10 years old or so with some wear, but nothing structural to worry about. These pools are incredibly strong and when taken care of properly will last decades. Building is not included.
It comes with a ladder so you can easily get in or out of the pool. It also comes with an easy to maintain sand filter with high volume pump system. This is a Round Pool with Metal Frame and Walls with pool liner. It may eventually need a new liner. You could probably reuse the pool liner that's on the pool if you are careful disassembling the pool which should get you by initially.
