Balanced, efficient, and powerful, the compact AX405 Crossbow Package from Axe Crossbows puts accurate, easy-to-shoot power in the hands of crossbow hunters. Employing a shoot-through stock and riser design and reverse limb system, the AX405 delivers an easy-to-balance feel from a compact and easy-to-maneuver 27-3/4"-long crossbow. Powerful reverse limb design and advanced cam system launch arrows up to 405 fps from a narrow design that's just 10" from axle-to-axle when cocked. Linked by cables that run parallel to each other, the crossbow's highly efficient cam system eliminates cam-lean and limb torque for enhanced accuracy. The AX405 also features a unique cable brace that limits flex away from the center to help ensure the string moves straight and level throughout the entire power stroke. This straight arrow plane works with the AX405's shoot-through riser and full-capture front roller rest to create a free-floating arrow system for even more efficiency, accuracy and speed. 3.7-lb., zero-creep, 2-stage sliding trigger system with automatic safety. Adding an adjustable butt stock and adjustable cheek comb to the crossbow's ergonomic chassis and balanced center of mass design, the AX405 makes it easy to find that perfect shooting position.
