In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the receipt of your order, provided that the item is unopened, clean and in resalable condition. To receive a refund, all return requests must be initiated by using eBay's return feature. Returns without an RMA will result in your refund being delayed or denied.
