Rare WW2 US Navy Submarine Division One 6" dia. Solid Cast Bronze Plaque

Offered is what I was TOLD is a WW2 vintage cast bronze plaque for US Navy Submarine Division One. It measures approximately 6" in diameter and 3/8" thick. There is one small spot (see arrow in photo) with very minor oxidation. It is fairly heavy weighing just under 3 lbs. I will be shipping it using a USPS Priority Mail - Padded Flat Rate Envelope with extra cardboard protection.
I try to describe my items to the best of my knowledge, but I'm not perfect and could easily miss something.
