This is Tillie the Homeless frog created by Jessica DeStafano  The back is signed Jessica 94
This figurine  is called "Frog Tales" and is one is a series of collectable vintage Tillie the Homeless Frog figurines.
Tillie was living a perfectly wonderful life in Paradise Pond until a construction crew destroyed her home to build a mall.
The series shows Tillie's amazingly strong fortitude and positive attitude as she  continues to figure out her new life.
This figurine shows how frustrated Tillie is trying to read a story book "Frog Tales"  to two young frogs who are more interested in playing and antagonizing each other than listening to her story.  The older one is sticking out his tongue making the younger one in diapers cry.
NOTE: There is a small chip on one of the fingers on her right hand, otherwise she is in good conditon.
